Doesn't honor warranty

We bought a Decoro sofa and inside the guarantee time the chair pillows dropped their resiliency. I approached the organization and posted images along side all required paperwork. They declined to recognize their guarantee stating it had been normal use. A great justification for something that goes wrong! Their guarantee particularly addresses pillows that shed their resiliency.
