GE Money Bank is the most incompetent and fraudulent bank I have ver dealt with. We had taken out a 0 percent financing for 1 year credit card through a furniture store. We ordered $2000 worth of furniture that we never received. The company went out of business and put through the charges anyway. GE Money kept sending us bills for $3000 even though we told them we never received the furniture and it was supposed to be only for $2000. We sent in letters and dispute forms and called them over and over. No one could speak English and they kept hanging up on us. Next thing we know, a collection agency sends us a judgment letter for $6000 and froze our bank accounts. We were never served and GE Money fails to respond. We had to pay the money and they still took $11,000 out of our bank account 2 weeks letter. No one knows anything. No one responds to anything. Where should we go next?
