Dining chairs arrived with pin holes and chipped paint

I purchased a dining room set from One way furniture on June 3rd it was delivered to me. I called them and told them that every chair (4 of them) were marked with pin holes and the wood is all chipped off. They said it is antique but the price was 1375.00 and they are dirty and the table is all not steady. The chairs are not white it is suppose to antique white but they are all yellow and dingy looking. They will not give me my money back. The chairs are awful looking. The ad said Whishire but the shipping boxes said made in Vietnam. They are not worth the money because of the quality is so cheap.
