Money not returned from canceled order!

I ordered a dresser on January 19. They said it would be delivered within 8 weeks. They kept giving me delivery dates, but the dresser was never delivered. I left messages that were never answered. I called and canceled the order on May 18. They said it would be credited to my credit card within 30 days. It never was. I finally got in touch with someone in October who said it was too late for them to refund the money & I would have to dispute it with the credit card company. Conveniently for them, the credit card company will not make a dispute for an item purchased more than 118 days earlier.
