Disrespectful behavior of Norman Allendorp

I bought a room collection from Gary Allendorp on April 10. He explained he'll contact me once the room collection is arriving that's Friday or Friday that week. The two times arrived with no phone from Mr Norman. I named April 12 spoke to him and he explained areas of the collection are prepared although not the bureau and so I may choose up but I told him since the shipping is costly I needed anything prepared before I choose it-up. Mr Norman was shouting at me, since I have closed within the statement of purchase that icant stop the purchase I'm stuck with it. I actually donot have to be disrespected, I'm the customer and he's the dog owner. This Friday and Friday I named and quit messages on his telephone. I had been ready to keep in touch with him this Sunday and he explained not until May the bureau is returning. I actually donot I will be caught having a acquired whenever a day that's guaranteed isn't accessible actually there's an arrangement that icant stop the purchase. He didn't maintain the available day of the furniture and so I ought to be ready to stop the purchase actually I closed the agreement. Am I correct?
