Been waiting over a month to get our TV fixed with now ETA on when that will happen!

TV worked fine for the first 14 months then in late February the bulb blew out. Called HHGregg and they scheduled Norman Electronics to come out and replace the bulb. Only had to wait about a week for that to get done. But after a few days on the new bulb my wife and I started seeing a large yellow spot on the left and a large blue spot on the right of the screen. Called HHGregg back and Norman's Electronics said that the light engine had went bad and that they would call and schedule an appointment to come to fix it when the part came in.

About two weeks went by and no call from anyone. I called Norman's and they said they had to wait for HHGregg to approve the replacement of the part. Why does there need to be approval on a part when I paid a lot of money for the extended warranty? Then I would have to wait 7 to 10 days after ordering for the part to come in then no telling how long for them to schedule someone to come and fix my TV. The part was ordered on March 20. After about 15 days later no call so I called them back again. This time they tell me the part has been backordered and there is no ETA on when they will get the part.

I called HHGregg Consumer Relations around the week of April 7 and informed them about the problem and they said they would call Norman's and see what the problem was and try to get it fixed and would call me back.

Now it is April 22 and HHGregg Consumer Relations never called me back so I called them today and demanded that they get Norman's to come out and fix my TV this week or give me another TV since this one is obviously defective. All they could tell me was "we will call Norman's and find out what is going on" ignoring the fact that I was telling them what was going on and that I wanted my TV fixed and soon or give me another one!

I will never buy anything from HHGregg again and I will tell all of my friends and people I meet about this experience and suggest they not buy from them also.
