Value City Furniture
Ripoff! I ordered my kids bedroom furniture and still haven't got it

I went into value city to get both my kids bedroom furniture on 2/13/05 the salesman checked to see if they were in stock he told that they were in stock and could be delivered on 2/21/05 and i said that would be fine so I paid for it with my debit card right then.

I ordered 2 headboard, 2 bed frames, 2 dresser with mirrors and 2 chests. The day before the scheduled delivery date a representative from value city furniture called to inform that not all the furniture was there and she told me that 1 dresser with a mirror and one chest was not there and she asked did I still want to come pick up the rest of the furniture that had arrived and when the other furniture got there they would deliver it. I said yes being that I had already sold their other furniture.

When i got there I got the bed frames, 1 mirror, 1 dresser, and 1 chest. Then I called the next week to see if the rest of my furniture had arrived yet and they told me that I was on a when/call list and I asked what was that and she said when the furniture comes in they will call and let me know because that did not know when it was coming.
