The worst customer service ever - Serta Adjustable Bed

To make a long story short I my son purchased a 5000 dollar bed that I recommend to him from HH Gregg. The delivery department refused to carry it up a short flight of stairs. When I got involved to help my son the regional manager told me to go screw myself. I will be closing my account and recommending that my son does the same. I wonder if Serta realizes that this kind of customer service is attached to their name.
