Delivery Team Refused to Carry $5000 Bed Up Stairs

To make a long story short, my son purchased a $5000 bed that I recommended to him from HH Gregg. The delivery department refused to carry it up a short flight of stairs. When I got involved to help my son, the regional manager was extremely rude to me. I will be closing my account and recommending that my son does the same. I wonder if Serta realizes that this kind of customer service is attached to their name.
