Been with conns 9years never had to replace or repair anything but I have sinking mattresses and my back is hurting cause of that and bought warranty for what since they don't want to replace them cause it doesn't meet the requirements. How the fuck can they measure that if they didn't lay in the bed??? Never buy from this shit hole place.
