Ashley HORRIBLE customer service!

First a protection plan warranty was placed on my tickect that I told the sales guy I did NOT want. I didn't realize it until a couple of weeks later. I asked for it to be removed and they stated I was two days too late. Another way to rip people off! In addition to that they brought my suppose to be new bedroom set with a footboard that was scratched up in about 6 locations. I called to complain and they sent a technician out to paint it with a wood pen. HORRIBLE! I had three of those in my drawer and could have done that myself. I spent way too much money to receive customer service like this. They NEVER have to worry about me purchasing from them again.
