Order cancelled after 2-weeks by seller—No refund yet

I purchased a lobby chair about Feb 25; the order was cancelled on March 13 promising a refund.
I have called several times it is now April 1; still no refund.
I would not recomend purchasing from this seller; they place the order on your card fast, they do not seem to have the ability to process reunds.
