I purchased a couch online that had already been discontinued. I had to personally contact Merchantila inorder to find out this information after shipping information was not relayed to me. I am still waiting for a refund over 10 days later. The practice of holding funds for a product that was never technically purchased is inexcusable. A report has been filed with the BBB as well. My initial order number is #700060899. I expect a return of my funds to be processed immediately.
