Bizrate magazine offer - Time Magazine

I allowed Bizrate to access $2.00 a magazine handling charge for 4 magazines I ordered. I thought that it was a one time thing... Only to find out that they do it every month. I do not want this and do not know how to stop it. They made it sound like it was a one time thing, which was okay with me but not every month. There is something that has got to stop this unfair practice.
