Bizrate had another company, Synapse, take money out of my bank account to pay for two magazine subscriptions I never ordered but they claimed I did. Synapse claimed I ordered two magazines from Bizrate, (they have no info or phone numbers or addresses from Bizrate) for 2 dollars each for one year and after that I authorized through electronic authorization to keep receiving these magazines indefinitely for $29.00 and $35.00 annually for the rest of my life until I cancel. Supposedly they sent me a blue postcard informing me of this agreement I made on line. Synapse quickly agreed to refund all monies when I asked for proof of this contract and information on Bizrate. This whole thing is a scam. Stay away from Bizrate and their website
