My husband purchased "top of the line" oven mitts as a Christmas present for me. They are way too big for my hands. Restaurant Equipment Solutions had to call manufacturer for their return policy and restocking fee info. Turns out, the restocking fee is 25% PLUS shipping. We will not even be getting HALF of what my husband paid for this item! This is absolutely unacceptable!
