Missing parts

Initially requested amusement heart, coffee-table, and 2 finish platforms on Nov. 17.1st shipping was on Nov. 29 -the amusement heart had 2 left piers and maynot be put up. We'd to deliver back the whole device. 2nd shipping was on Dec. 18- the rack for that correct peir was lacking. We named the chattanooga, tennessee shop where we requested it plus they could not find the racks within their factory. We named customer support plus they cannot find any within their distribution facilities to become delivered to us. They're today informing people they'll need to place in an order to producer to obtain our racks. Thus discouraged and upset that i requested furniture 4 1/2 months before, became popular function twice, but still can't obtain the item that I have bought. I'll NEVER purchase from ashley furniture again.
