Tired of the excuses

My partner and that I bought a $1500.00 amusement heart, from Ashley furniture house shop in Tampa Fla. The glass within the sections has anything in it that'll not come down. There chaos. Well, which was Jan. 3 2011. It's currently Fe. 14. After I call the shop they reply the telephone however they place you on-hold with no one requires the phone call. There customer support department. Delivered fresh glass shelfs within the email by u.P.S. Twice, both times the glass came shattered. Every individual we try about that issue informs us different things. I'm fed up with the run-around. They let you know they'll contact you back immediately and we obtain no call. This issue continues to be not solved. Evidently Ashley House shop dosen"t worry about the grievances they obtain.
