For 5 years i have been going back and forth, i got an extended warranty for my 2 coaches and 2 beds they kept making excuses and declined to resolve the issue, after having 5 technician come to my home they said that there was a stain on the products the warranty was void when the stain was not a stain it was a pattern stitching from the product then for one of the beds they said the "gave a store credit for one of the beds" and i was told it never expires then when i went back and they said there is no store credit and because you didnt use it within 6 months its expired sorry, i just wanted to tell who ever that is thinking of buying furniture DO NOT GO TO THE BRICK UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE ISSUES WITH THE PRODUCT FROM THE BEGINNING THERE SLOGAN IS OUR COMMITMENT IS OUR CUSTOMER THERE COMMITMENT IS TO SCAM THEIR SO CALLLED CUSTOMERS I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO GO TO ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM
