On 10/13 I put an order via the web site, complete price $45.50. Upon shipping I included a $5 suggestion to get a whole of $50.50 and closed the bill for that credit/bank card. I supervised my bill for that deal to procedure to my consideration and found I had been billed $95.50! The moment I came across the overcharge I approached Pizza Hut and submitted a criticism. I obtained an answer on 10/26 by having an apology for that "overcharge mistake" and was recommended from the Local General Director the overcharge could be returned in my experience "ASAP". It's now been three months and that I still have not noticed the reimbursement procedure back again to my bill. I FIND THIS TO BE TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ABOUT THE PART OF PIZZA HUT, initially to overcharge my card after which to consider such a long time to solve this issue. Our next communication is to the Greater Business Institution and also the Workplace of the Attorneygeneral of South Dakota since so far as I am worried this constitutes fraud and robbery. I've approached Pizza Hut after their 10/26 conversation in my experience but have experienced no more reaction from their website. They've dropped my company.
