I visited McDonaldis for lunchtime today (November 7) and requested a McChicken meal, a little cook and three chocolate-chip cookies. I obtained my purchase in a regular way and also the sandwich and chips were clean and hot. However, used to do not obtain my snacks and so I went to the register and requested the small woman cashier where my snacks are and he or she explained she does not remember me purchasing any but she may ring me-up for many right now. I requested her when they will soon be free and he or she nodded her mind no. I subsequently questioned her "Is Not that Shop plan?"She stated "I am sorry friend it isn't." And so I requested my darn snacks and settled the $1.25 that I ought tonot have taken care of them, obtained my snacks and remaining.
After I got home and after I consumed, I named the shop and talked towards the supervisor Miranda and informed her the incident. She apologized but did not provide any discount, a totally free dinner and sometimes even simply snacks at no cost the next time I come in. Iam really dissatisfied and certainly will not return to that McDonaldis again! If a worker interferes up and forgets anything, a client must obtain something for free. I didn't
