Visited beef division and requested 10 lbs of Poultry shells. They did not have-but stated return in two times. Did therefore, but no report of purchase. Created a brand new purchase. Delivered in two times. New person behind table. No report of purchase. Created a brand new purchase. Returned two days later. Same story. Visited supervisor, he did not care. They do not provide purchase bills to help you show something.
