Suspected fraud on food product

I bought a container of " Jose Ole Chimichanga Meat & Cheese" at our nearby Mike's Membership on the basis of the reality the Nutrition Facts about the container condition it included 0 Gm Trans-Fat. After I got home and exposed the container, each bundle within the pot mentioned there's 0.5 Gm Trans-Fat inside it. I named the organization to find out that will be appropriate. The owner got my title & quantity and stated somebody might return with me briefly. Which was 2 1/2 days before. Due to my health I can't eat trans-fat. I believe this really is whether severe error that requires modification or outright scam. At this time I am caught having a item I cannot eat.
