"Bait and switch" suspected

We obtained two products from my mom-in law for Holiday from Figis.com: 1) the "Group Of Five" cheese and chicken container, that was described "a totally free reward from your own buddies at Figis" and 2) a variety of snacks within the Holiday tree container. Figis should have drawn a "baitandswitch" on her behalf since there is no method that she'd have delivered us this kind of simple present like a small-dimension container of 3 cheeses (2 oz. Each) and 2 sausages (1.5 oz. Each). The sausages were how big half of a hotdog. The cookies felt so poor that I double checked the tag to ensure these were not dog cookies. While my mom-in law named to ensure that people obtained her present, we didn't possess the center to inform the reality, therefore we recognized her option in presents to sacrifice her emotions. I'm really dubious of the organization.
