Not good customer service

I ordered from them one christmas my first order ever. I recievd the order first the items were alot smaller then i thougth they would be and second when I finally cooked them for christmas dinner they were awful. My whole family hated them I had 2 items.

I wrote a letter of complaint I was very upset and they are still making me pay for it. Certain people have certain tastes but I will never order food like that again i learned a lesson and they do not enforce their 100 percent money back.
