After providing a sizable Hog for slaughter, 215#, they packed our beef and held all of the primary pieces. The whole Loin was lacking in my own purchase, Infant Back Bones, and tenderloin. Chicken packed in 1/2 lb pkgs. The formula was THEREFORE laden with sodium and an excessive amount of nitrate, that I'll need to toss it away. Difficult to consume.
