This really is among the toughest business in US. The administration has poor attitude & no advantage at all. There aren't any officials but each one is supervisors. Because supervisor are exempt employees they've to function over 20-40hour additional time. No breaks permitted throughout the day & it's very difficult to obtain a layoff. Plenty of research after-office hours & have to work-even athome even when your dieing. Lots of politics & overruling workers. If manger proceed time early want to get a half of a day-off & withhold in the holiday. Have to function weekend & some important holidays. No day-off at-all they stated organization is first & myself & household minute. Really poor attitude & selfish owners.
