Long Waits and Half-Full Frozen Lemonade

3 days ago waited in line 10 minutes ordered a coffee then when it was time to pay I was told there was only decaffeinated! Today waited 8 minutes in line ordered 2 frozen lemonade drinks received one had to pull up wait 10 minutes on the other one and the cup was half full (! Thought I was on candid camera or something)
