Order messed up

I visited mcdonalds on december 20 i requested my food and settled subsequently realized that I had been chared and further large mac used to do not order and got perspective in the woman getting my purchase. Me and my spouse simply returned from iraq and we truly loved likely to mcdonalds but this time around was the final. I now understand why additional support people have informed to not visit mcdonalds it's saturated in poor support after which to really get your purchase incorrect as well as offered me the incorrect beverage. I dont know if this concerns to anybody but when spent money eating at restaurants visit another junk food location which means you don't need to endure rude service.
