I have loved culvers food... Particularly the custard. Therefore, I taken care of their commitment card where the $ spent collect factors that are redeemable for food etc. I experienced the drive-through on March 27 and mentioned I forgot my card. The worker stated I really could restore the bill and they're going to increase my details. On the basis of the reaction I requested 3 foods ($19/factors). I delivered towards the shop on November 17 and requested meal subsequently offered my other bill. The supervisor declined to include the factors stating it had beennot their plan to do this. After I stated I particularly requested prior to making my purchase he explained their workers are advised to not. Main point here, he declined to include my details. Lastly he questioned basically needed the dog owner to contact me... Yes. The dog owner named and sadly mustn't have been through their own firm's customer support education. He was totally "our plan isn't to complete so" when reassured my purchase was positioned AFTER requesting the issue, he explained the worker should not did so. DEFINITELY DECLINED to credit my details. He simply dropped a person... With 2 teens and numerous friends.
