Rude Uncooperative Manage

I named the HUD office in Phoenix, Arizona and talked having a Raphael Mecham on Thursday, April 13 to obtain support having a difficulty I've using the property expert in my own region. Well they stated he'd provide my info to a co worker on her to check out-up with me 24 hours later. Nicely to no avail, this lady never approached me and that I named in today (April 14) and talked again with Mr Mecham, who apologized and stated this lady does not manage grievances and he or she won't be calling you back. He accepted in my experience he offered me incorrect info! I instantly required from him for connecting me to his supervisor and he flat-out declined to achieve that. Their factors were that no supervisors cope with any grievances which come to their workplace. This Mr Mecham subsequently provides me a toll-free amount about the east coast to contact. I required from him for connecting me having a supervisor there, and he explained he wasn't likely to adhere to my demand and believed to me he'd hang-up on me. After I regularly requested to get a supervisor on his rude conduct about the telephone with me, then he requested to get a female worker in the future to the telephone and see my discussion with him. I merely asked him within the discussion, why he did not bother contacting me back today to deal with the truth that his co worker was not able to aid me with my issue, and he offered me no reaction to the issue, or did he actually care together with his perspective he showed! After he did not work with me in receiving me a to consult with, I hung-up on this fool. This Mr. Mecham ought to be punished or ended for his improper, rude, uncooperative conduct!!!
