I can not believe this Government office I'm just one mom having a 12-year old child; I've requested food stamps and medicade on October 11 online. They deliver me a notice on September 20 also it directed me to use before October 15 in order to recive my Nov aid. I utilized and had anything established for my child on her to begin on the new medical program. I named and examined at the conclusion of Oct my advantages with wellness option anything was good about the beginning of December I got my child towards the physician they explained my madicade was closed. I named they DCF they explained they didn't inform Medical option that my kids madicaide was available. Today my child wasn't ready to determine the physician 48 hom after since the program needed to deliver the concept to medical choices. Today my child needs to wait till Dec on her to become register on her plan. My food stamps are usually deposit on my GUESS card about the seventh of each month nicely they've not providing me my food stamps. I named three more occasions in Nov 2 times they hang-up the telephone on me after I requested to get a boss and explained I have to wait another 30 days.??? I hate this technique I've completed anything they questioned me to complete sumitted anything promptly and today I can not purchase any food and also have to possess my child ill cause she cannot visist her physician till Dec. This really is misuse I've my rights.!!!
