On or about February I was approached by Stacy Chavez. She offered to sell me her Food stamps. She explained that she wanted cash so she could go to Disneyland with her Family. She offered to give me $200 worth of food stamps for $100. I explain to her that I could not do that because it was wrong. She has 3 children and one is Disabled.
Stacy told me that is was okay, that she had done this several times before. She also said that she has sold her food stamps to other relatives when she live in Rialto. Her relatives include; George M. Leyva (father in law), Erlinda G. Leyva (mother in law). This is wrong and needed to be reported for the kids sake.
