We bought funiture in monroe Wi. And received a certification for $600 refund for goods. We submitted $5.00 that people were informed could be delivered using the first refund. We do not need to notice in the organization and so I named and was informed they were operating behind also it might take 9 to 12 weeks to catch-up. The 2nd refund form we submitted returned delivered the organization has transferred without any forwarding address, telephone disconnected.
