Poor costumer service

Inadequate costumer service. Nobody laughs as of this Costco. I ahppened to overlook my discount book house and that I questioned folks from the costumer support when they can provide a a brand new discount book. The clear answer: "we just ask them to readily available for new clients", then I realized that there is a discount before the cashier and requested her easily may use it, because all deals possess the same barcode (you are able to check one and also the discount applies for the product for sale). The cashier explained the store-manager (Kristen D'Agostino) is forbiting them to provide any deals towards the clients. Are not the deals for that clients however??? Very dissapointed concerning the customer support as of this shop: COSTCO "348 in Glenview ILLINOIS!!!
