Complaint on Customer Service Employee

I'm an Executive associate in the Costco in Fort Oglethorpe, GA. I had been inside a couple of days before with my mom. I forgot my discount book athome and requested my mom to visit the leading of the shop real fast and have for another discount book. Nicely when she returns she's the discount guide, and adopts informing me that she visited among the registers plus they informed her they didnt ask them to in the registers that she had a need to review towards the customer support table. While she got to the client support table she request the woman if she could easily get a discount book. The woman then informs my mom "you have to maintain your Costco discount books inside your vehicle since we dont have sufficient to become moving them out those that we've available our for brand new people." What on the planet do we purchase? We're all paying people which is rediculous to become handled in this way. We spend to look... Is providing somebody a discount book truly likely to harm their pockets? We don't be reviving our account I kow that without a doubt. I named their quantity about the bill and also the man about the point stated that he was sorry that people were handled the way in which we were which there shouldnt have now been an issue around obtaining another discount book. But I'd need to state he was possibly giving me a-line of bull since their are others on here worrying comparable point therefore its anything Costco is attempting to obtain their workers to impose. I cant think a few of the grievances about that organization. I sure hope I'd find out about all of this before I went down and lost cash on spending a business to look at their shop. How silly was I? To not vibrant huh? But I've discovered a training and certainly will NEVER restore/purchase another account through Costco.
