We visited at the McDoanld in Childress today 12-27-09 about 1:50pm we ordered for 3 different people, none of the orders were right. One hamberger was totally cold, the other had none of the stuff that should have been on the one ordered. It took almost an hour to get though the line. This is very not right for a McDonald's. We live right here in town and they are usually slow, but this day was way worse than any day in Childress for this store. The manager is not much help we have talked to them before and nothing ever changes. Maybe we need a different manager. We usually take the stuff back but after sitting in line so long there was no way we were going back today. Something needs to change at this store, yes they are losing my business. I am really sick of sick of sitting in line and then getting the wrong food and then having to go back and put up with them when trying to get it right.
