4 months have gone by and no refund

I had been attracted with a Facebook advertisement declaring 5 patagonia tops for becoming a member of a couple of things. One being 5 for $5 for caffeine and cups. Ended up to become $5 for every factor. Once I obtained the purchase I delivered it back and approached and terminated the consideration. Once I examined my consideration they'd charged us for just two weeks of the account at 39 bucks per month. They kept encouraging us a return within the next "payment period" and today four weeks later they're stating 5-7 business days. Today nowadays they claim it'll be published by tomorrow.
