Keeps charging my closed account!

I ended my account with BOA many months before and withdrew my cash in the consideration. 14 days later they charged my vacant take into account the Solitude Supply which is really a BOA plan. This obviously set my intended-to-be-shut consideration in to the negative figures. I actually donot get document updates for that consideration etc a wish a couple weeks later I looked over the consideration and had an enormous negative balance. After producing many telephone calls within the next couple weeks they ended the costs and shut the consideration again. Somehow the consideration continues to be reopened again and that I am back to an adverse balance. I actually donot have a card or checkbook for that consideration so just how does it keep receiving exposed?! Support can also be horrible - the initial reason behind shutting the consideration.
