Awful customer service

Image it... New Year's evening, only a little hung-over, your belly is considering all I want it's some eggs, sausage, and carrots having a handful of glasses of caffeine to begin the brand new year... I visit my typical Universe Restaurant, a heckis home choice at 46th & 9th that I've consistently backed atleast three times per week for that 5 years I've existed within the neigborhood. Me and my closest friend proceed in around 1:00pm... The area is just a cat own with only 3 additional platforms complete, out-of perhaps 20. The lady in the register chairs people in a desk before really a uncomfortably warm, and vibrant screen... Therefore we shifted towards the cubicle directly behind it. An unusual small cubicle that "L's" around a, where one aspect chairs 2, and also the different only one. I've sat at least 7-8 situations with only one additional individual given that they reopened following a current remodeling. The lady walks over a holds our selections up and claims you-can't stay below, this really is for four individuals. I stated "its not hectic at-all, which desk is truly vibrant and warm, and that I stay here all the full time with only one additional individual, and also have been arriving here for a long time" Well, the lady claims"I actually donot care, you-can't stay below" She simply looked at us and would not provide us back our selections... And so I stated, "You'renot hectic, whats the huge package? I stay here constantly?" She stated "I stated you-can't stay below" And So I simply stood up and began wearing my layer, and informed her I had been going elsewhere... She said "good I actually donot care" and we quit.

And So I wish the dog owner/supervisor of the Universe Restaurant on 46th and 9th ave says this. The snotty little 20-something woman simply went away 2 really faithful clients who've been consuming at that restaurant, and purchasing food from their store atleast three times weekly for nearly 5 years... And do not worry, I've informed all my different Hells Kitchen buddies who frequent them aswell...
