Disregarding Mission Statement

I'm so dissatisfied using the method my sweetheart and that I were handled at Hooters. I went into the West Covina place on 8/8/09 around 5:30pm and we were placed in a reserved place. Our day and that I just understood it had been reserved since there is an indication recorded towards the desk, but none of the hosts or waitresses troubled to provide us a courtesy heads-up that at 6:30 we'd need to transfer, or abandon. At 6:35 one server, not mine, found the desk to request us to "rush up and complete" since that desk was reserved, after she noticed our puzzled encounter she questioned if anybody had informed us and that I informed her no, no one stated anything-but we did browse the indication, after which she went away. Within 5 minutes a high manger may and leaned to my day and stated, " I’m sorry people this desk is reserved your likely to have to leave." At virtually no time were we agreed to be moved and sometimes even questioned if we needed our check. I expected him if we're able to be moved since our beverages were nevertheless full and our sampler dish half-full, so when he hesitated he explained, "Well I suppose I will do this." That angered my day and that I more after being bothered therefore often, and we stated never mind we shall keep. But still no body agreed to provide us our check. Lastly we requested a server passing by for that bill (but we should have simply not compensated and "left") after which our server arrived, but before we got the statement, still another woman came towards the desk to request us to depart which period with protection.

Its sad they handled us in this way. It had been really my men birthday and we've requested a number of our buddies to meet up us there later that evening to enjoy, and we instantly distribute the term of Hooters West Co. As well as their disrespect. Once we strolled out I noticed the celebration awaiting our desk was an event of two. I am hoping that that celebration was worth dropping a possible thirsty and starving celebration of five, and serious person to person harm.
