Sexual harrassment

A female employee walked into the mens rest room and just looked at me and other men while we were using the urinals. If I had gone in the womens restroom and did that I would be arrested. It seemed like this was accepted by the staff. I complained and it was no big deal to them, the employees basically laughed at me, this is sexism also. Is it Ok if a women violates a mans privacy? My fellow co - workers laughed at me. This a double standard. I want to file sexual harrassment charges.
