Ernie Rose has sexually harrassed every female employee since I began my job there.

He takes pictures of the waitressess bending over.

He makes references about female employees vaginas.

He fudged his timecards to make it look like he was working as many hours as the females.

I reported all of this to upper management, and was told that they didn't care if we all walked out.

Now, they're closing their doors, and the employees aren't getting paid their accrued vacation pay.

I worked 4 weeks with no overtime pay.
