I requested two number one's nowadays. One was with cheese, one no cheese. I had been charged for the cheese, but i did not have it on my order. Both orders were cool. I called to talk to the manager along with a woman who answered the telephone stated that they were to occupied for him to chat. I informed her that i needed to communicate with him anyways, that we did. They've made mistakes on my purchases before, and that i just wanted them to become more careful on filing the orders.
