Dunkin Donuts
Poor service

Every day I go to this Dunkin Donuts and every day they screw up my order. Today was the same girl at drive thru as yesterday, her name is Samantha. I gave her back the back with the incorrect order in it and she called me a bitch and proceeded to stare me down as if trying to intimidate me. She is the sister of the manager and when I called to make a complaint, the manager Jamie blew me off like it was no big deal. After speaking to other employees of this establishment I have learned that the manager Jamie has hired her friends and family. Since doing so, the service of this establishment has gone completely downhill.
