Recently, 3/25/09 I'd a poor encounter in the neighborhood buffet in Lancaster, California. My partner and that I had a discount for one free supper upon purchasing one. It's our kids 20th birthday. We got her to neighborhood buffet on her birthday supper, she desired to continue the night time they've red chicken. I named your day before we went and questioned what night they'd lemon hen, they stated on Thursday evening. Subsequently Thursday evening right before we strolled out the doorway togo, I named again and requested them that which was about the selection. I had been informed red chicken, then I stated you sure red chicken, she said indeed, then we left to move there. Because they enhance the supper food, I requested, when are they offering the red hen, then I had been informed they do not have red chicken on Friday. I, my spouse, and my child all got annoyed and I told the server what I was informed. She'd the manger come speak with us, and yes, I acknowledge they've the right to alter issues when they need.in this instance they created Wednesday the night time for red hen from today on. The supervisor arrived and informed us it had been on tuesdays today. But what annoyed people, is the fact that right before strolling out the doorway i named and that I was guaranteed there could be red chicken. Which was the only real cause we visited neighborhood buffet that evening. If we were informed red hen was on Tuesdays in stead of Wednesdays, then we'd have waited til Wednesday, then your supervisor had the nerve to provide us a discount that people currently enter the email, purchase one normal supper, then get one for 5.99. It completely destroyed my child's birthday meal. All she desired to consume for lunch was red chicken and that I was guaranteed there could be red chicken. We'd no cash to-go there, we gathered enough recycables that taken care of our supper that evening. And so I am attempting to place in a since personally I think they did us wrong. My partner was so annoyed he couldn't consume anymore, it created him shed his hunger. Our child was so annoyed she nearly cried.
