Bad customer service and food!

On Sept 23.2007 my loved ones and that I visited Applebees for my birthday meal. This is actually the location I selected to enjoy my birthday. We were seated in a desk and requested our beverages. We were subsequently informed there have been no clear cups for drinking. Obviously I had been surprised. Therefore we waited before dishwasher got us some clear cups. We then beat to-order our food which my sibling requested to $10.99 group supper, my other sibling requested a a salad along with a meal, my mom requested the rib plate and that I also requested the rib plate with onion rings in the place of chips. We lay there quite a long time waiting on our dinner after which they introduced me the incorrect point, cool chips in the place of onion rings, no barbecue marinade and forgot my coleslaw. They didn't actually provide my mom the best rib dinner they introduced her the container. Our cousinis meal was chilly plus they introduced the incorrect type of salad, she requested the pecan chicken they introduced her-just a normal one. Our evening was destroyed with cool food and bad support. Slow obtaining the food to us after which being the incorrect material.
