Not doing what was requested... Charging gratuity when not nessasary

Some Coworkers and that I went to truly have a birthday meal for just one of the coworkers. We requested them to place the purchases on separate expenses... We were all spending individual. Not just achieved it take forever in the future get our purchase, the meals consider ONE-HOUR to make the journey to us plus they included the sum total bill together and included a 18% Gratuity charge towards the statement. There is 9 people and we informed the server we needed the expenses divided and he or she stated they're, they're all simply ont exactly the same statement to save lots of document, however they are individual. Therefore all of US needed to determine what all of us owed and all of US settled with individual charge cards also it was AN ENORMOUS trouble. I had been not thinking about making a since it required such a long time to obtain our purchases place in after which it required and time to obtain the meals.
