There's a dunkin donut in my own community with really inexperienced, rude and dirty workers. I noticed them sticking there fingers within the ice cream and damaging thier brains while pressing food. Speaking about the telephone while getting requests about the drive-through.

There drive-through support is terrible, having a individual who can't speak language properly, no greetings whenever we achieve. Personally, I usually provide the purchase about the drive-through after which they usually consult me again in the window and begin which makes it while I'm waiting in the screen.

I went to have a apple shake and chocolate move at 12 am. The man requested the purchase and that I told him, he questioned me to maneuver to additional table and provide my purchase there. While transferred and noticed another worker who had been focusing on drive-through and speaking about the telephone. (No additional worker was there to function). The man required purchase of someone else who had been behind me and offered him a sizable ice cream along with a big coffee. He returned in my experience and questioned me again "whats your purchase" i told him. He created the move and questioned me again "whats the purchase" (HE WAS TALKING TO ANOTHER STAFF). Then i mentioned "just how many occasions must I inform you the order, you created the order of the individual who was behind me, you're speaking with your buddy while getting order, would you know the principle "first come first function" and he responded " no i dont understand, the clientis order was little thats why i offered him first, you've perspective, I'll not serve you receive out" I had been amazed at his response, and required supervisor quantity, he declined and informed me "there's no supervisor with no number and that I don't care should you got first, I will request the purchase as numerous occasions when I need". This person was amazing i should state.
