Terrible customer service

I've been a person only at that institution for that previous 8 weeks, and also have been proven complete disrespect from the workers. One particularly, who might understand function as the supervisor or boss has had upon herself to create rude remarks in my experience while heading through the drive-through, waited on-line inside, hasn't supplied me with my total purchase, and it has not provided me back the entire quantity of change I'm do to get. The "guy" I'm talking about, is high, Africanamerican who had been focusing on the night time of 8/31 in the Dunkin Donuts in hydepark, Ny. Personally I think the organization must consider fool motion within this issue, before they shed anymore client to his rude as well as in qualified conduct, as whether director or boss!
