It took me 45 minutes to get my sandwich

The incompetent manager halted production of sandwiches for customers who showed up at the store for 30 minutes while they completed Fax Orders. I think it's ridiculous to put Fax orders ahead of customers who actually take the time to walk in to your store. The manager said something about "sorry, it was a large order." It took me 45 minutes to get my sandwich and get out of there. Next time, we're going to Blimpies — everyone in line was angry.
